Open water swim season at Hampstead Heath Lido

Attention all triathletes! The open water swim season at Hampstead Heath Lido restarts on Tuesday, 4th May 2010. The swim sessions will be 90 minutes in duration and will start promptly at 7.00 pm.

This 60m x 30m pool is ideally suited for specific triathlon swim fitness training. Training sessions are generally undertaken in your wetsuit (although not compulsory!) and will include tri specific swim drills.

Improve your freestyle this winter

Are you looking to improve your freestyle swim stroke? Or simply want to learn the basics to get you through a triathlon race next summer? Next course starts on 9th November 2009.

The new stroke improvement sessions run Monday 7-8pm, at City of London School for Girls, located within the Barbican, 5 min walk from either Barbican or Moorgate tube station. All abilites catered for! If you’d like to attend please contact us.
